                Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                Place baguette slices on prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

                Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until the bread is lightly toasted.

                Remove tray from oven, sprinkle each slice with Dubliner cheese, then return to oven and bake for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

                Place a thin apple slice atop each crostini, drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and chopped walnuts.

                Garnish crostini with fresh thyme or microgreens and serve immediately.
