Set oven temperature to 400°F (204°C) and allow it to preheat.

Place chive whipped cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer until smooth and uniform.

Reserve 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Add remaining green onions, shredded chicken, drained corn, 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle crumbled Doritos evenly over the casserole surface.

Scatter the remaining 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend and 1/4 cup reserved green onions across the Doritos layer.

Place baking dish in the oven. Bake for 17–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
