Deep-Fried Shrimp Alfredo Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 cup Alfredo sauce
03 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

04 - 4 large flour tortillas
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Coating and Frying

06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
08 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying

# Instructions:

01 - Mix shrimp, Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and set aside to marinate briefly.
02 - Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the shrimp mixture into the center.
03 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the shrimp filling.
04 - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to enclose.
05 - Dip each rolled burrito bite in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
06 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan to a depth of approximately 2 inches and heat over medium temperature.
07 - Once oil reaches 350°F, carefully lower burrito bites into oil and fry 3–4 minutes, turning for uniform golden color.
08 - Remove fried burrito bites and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with additional Alfredo sauce if desired.
