Deep Fried Marshmallows Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Jumbo marshmallows
02 - Pancake mix
03 - 1 large egg
04 - Milk

→ For Frying and Garnish

05 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying and for batter
06 - Whipped cream, optional
07 - Chocolate syrup
08 - Sprinkles

# Steps:

01 - Pour approximately 3 inches of vegetable oil into a deep pot and heat to 350°F (177°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and a small drizzle of vegetable oil. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
03 - Dip each jumbo marshmallow into the batter, ensuring an even coating. Gently shake off any excess batter.
04 - Carefully transfer coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally with tongs, until evenly golden brown.
05 - Remove marshmallows with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain. While still warm, top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and finish with sprinkles as desired.
