Decadent Skrewball Whiskey Balls (Print Version)

Peanut butter, whiskey, and chocolate combine in these easy, no-bake bite-sized confections.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons Skrewball Whiskey (can substitute with other flavored whiskey)
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (alternatives: almond butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free option)
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar (or powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener for lower sugar content)
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Coating

05 - 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark chocolate)

→ Optional Additions

06 - 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (use gluten-free pretzels for gluten-free option)

# Steps:

01 - Measure out Skrewball Whiskey, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Prepare optional crushed pretzels if desired.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, Skrewball Whiskey, and vanilla extract. Stir until mixture is smooth and cohesive.
03 - Fold in crushed pretzels for added crunch if using.
04 - Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
06 - Dip each rolled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated. Return coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
07 - Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.
08 - Arrange chilled whiskey balls on a serving plate and present immediately. Enjoy at a cool temperature for best texture.

# Notes:

01 - For a reduced-sugar variation, substitute powdered sugar with a powdered monk fruit or erythritol blend.
02 - For nut allergies, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
