01 - 2 large cucumbers (about 10 oz each)
02 - 1 recipe tahini sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Spiralize the cucumbers using a spiralizer. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and set over the sink to drain excess moisture.
02 - Prepare the tahini sauce according to the directions in the linked recipe.
03 - Pat the cucumber noodles dry with paper towels. Divide among plates and drizzle generously with the tahini sauce.

# Notes:

01 - This cucumber noodles recipe makes about 3 cups if the noodles wilt a bit during draining. If you skip the salting and draining step, you'll get about 4 cups of firmer noodles.
02 - Serving size is approximately 3/4 cup, or 1/4 of the entire recipe.
