# Instructions:

01 - Peel the English cucumbers and chop them into rough pieces.
02 - Combine the chopped cucumbers, mint leaves, sugar (or selected sweetener), freshly squeezed lime juice, black salt, and 1 cup of chilled water in a blender. Process until smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the pulp with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
04 - Add the remaining 2 cups of chilled water to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the cooler over the ice and garnish each glass with lime rings and mint leaves.
06 - Enjoy the cucumber mint cooler while cold and refreshing.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, prepare just before serving to preserve the crispness of the cucumbers and the vibrancy of the mint.
