# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large croissants, sliced horizontally
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
05 - 4 slices cooked bacon
06 - 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Arrange croissants, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Warm in oven for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly toasted.
03 - While croissants toast, whisk eggs in a bowl until fully blended.
04 - Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour in whisked eggs and cook, stirring gently, for 3 to 4 minutes until softly set. Season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each croissant bottom half, followed by a slice of bacon.
06 - Spoon scrambled eggs over bacon and cheese on each croissant half. Top with fresh spinach leaves.
07 - Cover with croissant tops. Serve immediately while warm and cheese is slightly melted.
