Steak, potatoes, and melty cheddar slow-cooked to savory perfection for a wholesome, comforting dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Dish Components

01 - 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 4 large russet potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces
03 - 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup beef broth
06 - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

→ Seasoning

07 - Salt to taste
08 - Black pepper to taste
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Place cubed sirloin steak, diced potatoes, and chopped onion evenly in the bottom of a slow cooker. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to fully coat all pieces.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture evenly over contents in the slow cooker to ensure all ingredients are moistened.
03 - Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until steak is tender and potatoes are fully cooked.
04 - During the final 10 to 15 minutes of cooking, evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot mixture. Cover and allow cheese to melt completely.
05 - Spoon mixture into bowls and serve while hot. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Optionally, pair with crusty bread or a simple green salad.

# Notes:

01 - Dicing potatoes uniformly ensures even cooking and prevents them from becoming mushy.
