In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set the cooked meat aside.

Lightly grease the bottom and sides of the slow cooker with nonstick spray or oil.

Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce. Evenly distribute a portion of the browned ground beef atop the ravioli, then sprinkle with shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers of pasta sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheeses until all ingredients are assembled, ending with a generous layer of cheese.

Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot, with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
