01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup (90 grams) crushed Ritz crackers
03 - 1/2 cup (50 grams) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup (120 grams) mayonnaise

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

09 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
02 - In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
03 - Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread mayonnaise evenly over each chicken breast to cover all sides.
04 - Press each mayonnaise-coated chicken breast into the crumb mixture, ensuring a thick, even layer adheres to all surfaces.
05 - Arrange the prepared chicken breasts in the greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the coating is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through with juices running clear.
06 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the chicken breasts before serving.
