# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with olive oil spray.
02 - Arrange three shallow bowls: place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.
03 - Dredge each zucchini baton in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and thoroughly coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
