Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.

Arrange three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and a third containing bread crumbs, 50 grams parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer browned chicken to the prepared baking dish. Combine remaining 50 grams parmesan with mozzarella and minced garlic, then sprinkle evenly over chicken. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
