Crispy Parmesan Broccoli Sticks (Print Version)

01 - 4 large broccoli stalks, peeled
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb blend
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425℉.
02 - Slice the peeled broccoli stems into medium thin, long sticks.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and Italian herb blend.
04 - Add the broccoli sticks to the bowl and coat them well. Dip one side of each stick in the freshly grated parmesan cheese.
05 - Transfer the broccoli sticks to a baking sheet, cheese side down. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Alternatively, if using an air fryer, set the temperature to 400℉ and cook for 8 minutes.
