Crispy Jalapeño Popper Chicken Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g cooked, shredded chicken
02 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 75 g diced jalapeños
04 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 120 ml Alfredo sauce
07 - 2 g garlic powder
08 - 2 g onion powder
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

10 - 12 small flour tortillas
11 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
02 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Spoon a portion of the filling onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly to encase the filling, forming compact taquitos.
04 - Place taquitos seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat the tops with cooking spray.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden and crispy.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter and offer additional Alfredo sauce for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra kick, retain some jalapeño seeds or use pickled jalapeños for added tang.
