In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon a portion of the filling onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly to encase the filling, forming compact taquitos.

Place taquitos seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat the tops with cooking spray.
