# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing sections
02 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
03 - 1 tablespoon kosher salt
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Honey-Sriracha Glaze

06 - 1/3 cup honey
07 - 1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
09 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - Pinch of sesame seeds (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack over it.
02 - In a small bowl, combine baking powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Toss the chicken wing sections in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
04 - Arrange seasoned wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, then bake an additional 20 minutes. Flip once more and bake for another 15 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
