# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Marinade and Glaze

02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Sweet Chili Dip

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon honey
14 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
15 - 1 teaspoon lime juice

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat the shrimp.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until slightly crispy and golden on both sides.
03 - Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add melted butter and honey to the pan, tossing shrimp gently to coat in the glossy glaze. Continue cooking for 1 minute, ensuring shrimp are well coated.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, chili flakes, and lime juice until smooth and creamy.
05 - Arrange shrimp on a platter. Drizzle extra honey butter glaze over shrimp and serve immediately with the sweet chili dip on the side.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum crispiness, pat shrimp dry before marinating, and be sure not to overcrowd the pan when searing.
