# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups corn kernels, canned or frozen, thawed and well drained
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
07 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add corn kernels, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use a spatula to mix thoroughly until all elements are evenly blended and the mixture starts to hold together.
02 - Take approximately one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and gently shape into small, bite-sized balls using your hands. Place the formed balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
03 - Pour enough vegetable oil into a deep pan or fryer to submerge the bites completely. Heat oil over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
04 - Carefully add the corn cheese balls in batches to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per batch. Do not overcrowd the pan.
05 - Remove fried bites with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure corn kernels are thoroughly drained to prevent excess moisture, which can affect the texture of the bites.
