In a large mixing bowl, add corn kernels, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use a spatula to mix thoroughly until all elements are evenly blended and the mixture starts to hold together.

Take approximately one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and gently shape into small, bite-sized balls using your hands. Place the formed balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.

Pour enough vegetable oil into a deep pan or fryer to submerge the bites completely. Heat oil over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the corn cheese balls in batches to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per batch. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Remove fried bites with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
