Crispy Cheesy Hotdogs Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Hotdogs

01 - 4 beef hotdogs

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Additional

07 - Toothpicks, for securing cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
03 - Slice each hotdog lengthwise without cutting all the way through, forming a pocket for the filling.
04 - Insert the cheese mixture into each hotdog pocket, pressing firmly to keep the filling secure.
05 - Encase the filled hotdogs in additional shredded cheddar cheese. Use toothpicks as needed to hold the cheese in place.
06 - Arrange hotdogs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden crisp.
07 - Allow the hotdogs to cool briefly to let the cheese set before serving.
