Shrimp stuffed with cheese, coated and fried until golden for a crunchy, gooey appetizer perfect for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

→ Coating Mixture

03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 2 large eggs, beaten
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ For Frying and Garnish

11 - Vegetable oil for frying or spray oil for air fryer
12 - Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Place a mozzarella cheese cube inside each butterflied shrimp and gently close to encase the cheese.
02 - Arrange three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dredge each stuffed shrimp first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry stuffed shrimp in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted, or air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
05 - Arrange shrimp bombs on a serving tray and garnish with chopped chives or parsley. Serve immediately while hot and crisp.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, ensure shrimp are patted dry before stuffing and dredging.
02 - Pre-shredded mozzarella can be used if block cheese is unavailable; use about 1 tablespoon per shrimp.
