# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 roll crescent dough or croissant dough

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

→ Toppings

06 - 1/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies
07 - Extra powdered sugar for dusting

→ For Cooking

08 - Non-stick spray or butter for waffle iron

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
02 - Unroll crescent or croissant dough and cut into even squares. Spoon the cheesecake filling onto the center of each piece. Fold dough over filling and seal edges to prevent leakage.
03 - Preheat waffle iron and lightly coat with non-stick spray or butter. Arrange filled dough squares onto the waffle iron, pressing gently. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per batch until golden brown and crisp.
04 - Carefully remove croffles from the waffle iron. Sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies on top and dust generously with powdered sugar. Serve immediately while warm.
