Select a cooking method: For oven: Preheat to 400°F and bake tofu on a lined sheet for 30 minutes, flipping halfway for even crisping. For air fryer: Set to 375°F and air-fry tofu for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. For skillet: Heat oil over medium-high and pan-fry tofu for about 7 minutes, turning frequently to crisp all surfaces.
