Creamy Strawberry Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 16 oz fresh strawberries, stems removed and halved
02 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
03 - 1 container (5.3 oz) strawberry Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Thickening Agent

05 - 1/2 cup chia seeds

→ Sweetener

06 - 5 tsp pure maple syrup

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 1 tbsp almond butter
08 - Whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Place sliced strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and optional almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
02 - Pour strawberry mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add the chia seeds and whisk to combine until smooth. Adjust sweetness by adding additional maple syrup as desired.
03 - Set the mixture aside for 15 minutes to allow it to thicken.
04 - Whisk the mixture again to ensure there are no clumps. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
05 - Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, coconut, or almond butter, as desired.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe can easily be halved to make 2-3 servings by using approximately 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries.
