01 - 1 pound beef or chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
06 - 1 cup frozen peas

07 - 1 cup chicken broth or beef broth
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
02 - Add the beef or chicken pieces to the skillet. Sauté until browned on all sides. Season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Incorporate diced potatoes and sliced mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes start to soften.
