10 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
11 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
14 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
15 - ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

→ Sauce

16 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
17 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
18 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
19 - 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
20 - 1 cup organic chicken stock
21 - 3 tablespoons white cooking wine
22 - 4 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
23 - 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese
24 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
25 - 1 cup chopped kale
26 - ½ lemon, sliced thin (skin on)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine cleaned chicken with sea salt, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, and thyme, ensuring chicken is fully coated. Allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
02 - Heat butter in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 1-2 minutes. Add the seasoned chicken and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside to rest.
03 - In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the Tuscan seasoning blend and stir until well combined. Reduce heat to medium-low and gradually add heavy cream, chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, and white wine, stirring to combine. Allow mixture to simmer gently for 1-2 minutes.
04 - Add grated parmesan to the sauce, whisking continuously until fully melted and the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Incorporate the lemon slices into the sauce, then add chopped kale and stir to combine.
05 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Occasionally stir the sauce and spoon it over the chicken as it cooks. Remove from heat when done.
06 - Serve chicken with the sauce over your preferred side dish such as rice, pasta, or vegetables. Optionally garnish with additional grated parmesan for extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use freshly grated parmesan rather than pre-packaged varieties which contain anti-caking agents.
02 - The chicken can be marinated for up to 4 hours in advance for deeper flavor.
