# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound Italian sausage
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 15 ounces Alfredo sauce (Rao's recommended)
05 - 15 ounces marinara sauce (Rao's recommended)
06 - 19 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Parsley flakes, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Italian sausage and chopped onion, cooking until the sausage is fully browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
02 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in minced garlic, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly to blend flavors.
03 - Incorporate frozen cheese tortellini, ensuring pasta is coated in the sauce. Cover and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is tender and heated through.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the tortellini mixture. Transfer skillet to a preheated 400°F oven for a few minutes, or keep covered on the stove, until cheese is fully melted.
05 - Finish with a garnish of parsley flakes. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For additional flavor, use a blend of hot and sweet Italian sausage. Ensure tortellini remains al dente by monitoring cooking time closely.
