01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
02 - 340 g twisted pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)

→ Sauce and Seasonings

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - 240 ml heavy cream
10 - 120 ml chicken broth

→ Cheeses

11 - 150 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 120 g cream cheese
13 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh parsley, chopped
15 - Additional Parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook twisted pasta following package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until aromatic. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently, and let simmer for 3–4 minutes to slightly thicken.
04 - Add grated Parmesan, cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella to the sauce. Stir continuously until cheeses have melted and the mixture is smooth. Adjust consistency as needed with reserved pasta water.
05 - Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing carefully to coat in the creamy sauce. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors thoroughly.
06 - Top with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Reserve a small portion of pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
02 - Allow cheeses to fully melt before adding chicken and pasta to ensure a smooth sauce.
