02 - 1 package gnocchi (about 16 ounces)

→ Dairy

03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Broth

06 - 1 cup chicken broth

→ Seasoning and Aromatics

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
09 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
15 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
16 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
17 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Evenly coat the chicken cubes with the flour mixture.
02 - Heat olive oil with unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the coated chicken cubes for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked to 165°F. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
04 - Stir chopped sun-dried tomatoes, dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes into the sauce. Let simmer gently over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
05 - Mix gnocchi into the sauce, cover the skillet, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the gnocchi are soft and tender.
06 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and combine thoroughly with the sauce and gnocchi. Heat through and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker sauce, allow the cream to simmer uncovered for an additional 2–3 minutes before adding the gnocchi.
