# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

04 - 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
06 - 3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Combine pitted and chopped cherries with sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until softened. Let the mixture cool completely.
02 - Whip heavy cream using a mixer until stiff peaks form.
03 - In a separate large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until evenly combined.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, ensuring a smooth and uniform blend.
05 - Carefully fold in half of the cooled cherry mixture and the chopped dark chocolate into the base.
06 - Swirl the remaining cherry mixture through the ice cream base for a marbled effect.
07 - Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, level the surface, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours until firm.
