# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 fresh lime or lemon, whole
02 - 2 tablespoons simple syrup or granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1.5 cups cold water
05 - 2 cups ice cubes

# Steps:

01 - Rinse the lime or lemon with cold water, rub thoroughly with kosher salt to remove any bitterness, then cut into quarters and remove all seeds.
02 - Combine the citrus quarters with 1.5 cups of cold water in a blender. Blend vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
03 - Stir in the simple syrup and sweetened condensed milk into the strained citrus water until fully dissolved.
04 - Add ice cubes to the mixture until the total volume reaches roughly 3 cups. Shake well or stir vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill thoroughly.
05 - Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum flavor and creaminess, use freshly squeezed citrus and adjust sweetness to taste. Avoid over-blending to prevent bitterness from the citrus rind.
