# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 20 to 25 chicken wings
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Alfredo Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F or heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F. Pat wings completely dry using paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until thoroughly coated.
02 - Arrange seasoned wings on a foil-lined baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and crispy.
03 - Place seasoned wings in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until wings are crisp and fully cooked.
04 - Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F. Fry wings in batches for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
05 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking constantly until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add the cooked wings and toss until heated through. Pour Alfredo sauce over wings and toss gently to coat evenly.
07 - Arrange wings on a serving platter and spoon additional Alfredo sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure wings are thoroughly dried before seasoning to achieve optimal crispiness.
02 - Gradually incorporate Parmesan cheese into the sauce to avoid clumping and ensure a smooth texture.
