Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F. Fry wings in batches for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking constantly until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add the cooked wings and toss until heated through. Pour Alfredo sauce over wings and toss gently to coat evenly.

Arrange wings on a serving platter and spoon additional Alfredo sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
