01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - ¼ cup salsa
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp cumin
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 10 small flour or corn tortillas
10 - Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-mixed.
03 - Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly in a line. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
04 - Lightly brush each taquito with cooking spray or olive oil. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden and crispy.
05 - Enjoy warm with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa on the side.
