In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too stiff, microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften.

Choose whole, unbroken Doritos from the bag. Carefully use your fingers or a small knife to open one side of each chip, creating a pocket.

Using a piping bag or small spoon, fill each Dorito pocket with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture. Take care not to overfill to prevent breaking the chips.
