# Ingredients:

01 - 7.5 ounces chive and onion cream cheese, softened
02 - 10.5 ounces Campbell's condensed cream of bacon soup
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup real bacon bits

→ Chicken

05 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Coating

06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1/2 cup crushed Doritos

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup until smooth.
03 - Stir the shredded mozzarella cheese and real bacon bits into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly incorporated.
04 - Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, taking care not to cut all the way through.
05 - Spoon the filling mixture evenly into the pockets of the chicken breasts, then fold the tops over to enclose.
06 - Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
07 - Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat thoroughly.
08 - Brush the tops of the stuffed chicken breasts with the beaten egg, then sprinkle the crushed Doritos evenly over each, pressing lightly so they adhere.
09 - Bake for 33 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden.
10 - Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for several minutes before serving.
