Combine orange juice, sugar, and cranberries in a medium saucepan. Stir thoroughly and bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until most cranberries pop open.

Stir sauce constantly, smashing cranberries with the back of a spoon until the mixture thickens to preference. Allow to cool at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

Place feta cheese, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, adding 1 teaspoon water at a time if needed to reach desired creaminess.

Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the surface, creating decorative swirls with a spoon. Spoon cooled cranberry sauce over the top.

Sprinkle the dip with chopped pistachios and crushed red pepper flakes. If desired, drizzle lightly with honey. Serve with crackers, pita chips, crostini, or assorted fresh vegetables.
