# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups dry bread crumbs
02 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
05 - 1/2 cup celery, diced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - 1 large egg

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or apply a thin layer of oil for greasing.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley. Mix ensuring uniform distribution.
03 - Add dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Pour in chicken broth and crack in the egg. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is evenly moist. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small amount of additional broth.
04 - Using approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture per serving, form compact balls by hand, and arrange onto the prepared baking sheet with slight spacing in between.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm as a side dish or appetizer.

# Notes:

01 - For a moister stuffing ball, avoid overbaking and add extra broth if the mixture appears too dry before shaping.
