                Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or apply a thin layer of oil for greasing.

                In a large mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley. Mix ensuring uniform distribution.

                Add dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Pour in chicken broth and crack in the egg. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is evenly moist. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small amount of additional broth.

                Using approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture per serving, form compact balls by hand, and arrange onto the prepared baking sheet with slight spacing in between.

                Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through.

                Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm as a side dish or appetizer.
