# Ingredients:

→ Blondie Base

01 - 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
04 - 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
05 - 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
06 - 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
09 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries
10 - 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips

→ Frosting

11 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 - 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
13 - 2/3 cup white chocolate, melted
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15 - 1 tablespoon orange juice
16 - 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

→ Topping

17 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
18 - 1/3 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter with light brown sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
04 - Beat in eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the creamed mixture until just incorporated.
05 - Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Gently fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
06 - Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 24 to 28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
07 - In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, melted white chocolate, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth and creamy.
08 - Once the blondie is completely cool, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
09 - Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the frosting to set. Lift from the pan using parchment overhang and slice into bars.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure bars are completely cool before frosting to maintain a smooth and stable topping.
