02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until thoroughly blended.
03 - Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture to coat evenly.
04 - Press each coated chicken tender into the crushed Ritz crackers, ensuring an even layer adheres.
05 - Place prepared chicken tenders on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
