Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Dough

01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Crab Filling

04 - 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
05 - ¼ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp onion powder
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise, plus more if needed
08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ For Brushing

11 - 2 tbsp melted butter
12 - 1 tsp lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with garlic powder and Italian seasoning according to package directions. Set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and spray two muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
03 - In a bowl, mix lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Stir until well combined, adjusting mayonnaise as needed for consistency.
04 - Use a scoop to place some biscuit dough onto floured hands, shaping it into a cup. Add a scoop of crab mixture into the center of the biscuit cup, cover with more biscuit dough, and seal.
05 - Place the stuffed biscuit cups into the muffin tin. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
06 - Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter and lemon juice immediately after removing from the oven.
