01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mince garlic, chop parsley, and finely slice green onions. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
02 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and 1 teaspoon paprika, sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove shrimp from pan and cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, green onions, and lemon juice. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, sautéed shrimp, mozzarella, Parmesan, and remaining seasonings except Old Bay. Mix carefully to preserve seafood texture.
04 - Pat salmon fillets dry. Evenly season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Lay one fillet skin-side down on a lined baking tray, and spread seafood mixture along its length. Reserve a small portion of filling for topping.
05 - Place the second salmon fillet on top to enclose the filling. Dot with butter on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
06 - Remove salmon from oven, gently spread the reserved seafood mixture on top, and broil for 5 minutes until golden and bubbling.
07 - Sprinkle with additional fresh parsley before serving. Accompany with steamed vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure shrimp are cooked just until opaque to prevent a rubbery texture. For optimal results, use wild-caught seafood and fresh herbs.
