Zesty blend of corn, cheddar, green onion, Rotel, sour cream and mayo, perfect for dipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cans (15.25 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
02 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 6 green onions, sliced

→ Dressing

05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 1 cup mayonnaise

→ For Serving

07 - Fritos, tortilla chips, crackers, or assorted fresh vegetables

# Steps:

01 - Place corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and mayonnaise into a large mixing bowl.
02 - Gently fold the ingredients together using a spatula or large spoon until well blended.
03 - Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the surface evenly.
04 - Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
05 - Serve the dip chilled with Fritos, tortilla chips, or vegetables for dipping.
