Ground beef, veggies, cheese, and crispy crowns unite in a creamy, hearty cowboy favorite.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
09 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 - 10 ounces canned corn, drained
11 - 10 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup
12 - 1/4 cup sour cream
13 - 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
14 - 30 ounces frozen crispy crowns or tater tots

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is thoroughly browned. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and onion powder for even distribution of flavor.
02 - Carefully drain off any accumulated grease from the skillet to prevent a greasy consistency.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese. Blend well to create a cohesive mixture.
04 - Transfer the meat and vegetable mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded Colby Jack cheese on the surface, then arrange the frozen crispy crowns or tater tots in an even layer over the top.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the topping is crispy and golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - For a more robust flavor, consider using smoked paprika or adding sliced jalapeños before baking.
