Dip the rims of each serving glass into the melted white chocolate, then immediately press into the rainbow sprinkles to coat. Set glasses aside to allow chocolate to set.

Place vanilla ice cream, whole milk, cotton candy extract, and food dye into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth and combined.

Pour the milkshake mixture evenly into the prepared glasses. Top each with cotton candy and your choice of whipped cream, additional sprinkles, rock candy, or lollipops.
