04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

02 - Shape the cheese mixture into uniform sticks using lightly moistened hands or a spatula.
03 - Roll each formed stick in all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs until fully coated.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

06 - Transfer fried sticks to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use well-drained cottage cheese to prevent excess moisture in the mixture.
