→ For Serving

09 - Fresh fruit, extra maple syrup, powdered sugar, or cinnamon for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and eggs. Blend everything until you get a smooth, creamy mixture with no cottage cheese lumps.
02 - Gently fold the flour and baking powder into your wet mixture. Stir just until combined - the batter should be thick but pourable.
03 - If you're feeling fancy, now's the time to fold in some blueberries, chocolate chips, or whatever makes your breakfast heart happy!
04 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop batter into the hot pan to make pancakes your desired size. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Stack those fluffy protein pancakes on a plate, add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a light dusting of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Dig in while they're still warm!
