# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, baking powder, and all-purpose flour until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with vegetable oil to ensure even cooking.
