Rich brownie made effortlessly with cottage cheese, cocoa, and chocolate chips in the microwave.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/3 cup cottage cheese
03 - 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 3 tablespoons monk fruit chocolate chips or sweetener of choice

# Steps:

01 - In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, whisk the egg and cottage cheese until the mixture is smooth.
02 - Add cocoa powder and monk fruit chocolate chips to the wet ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined.
03 - Microwave on high power for 90 seconds, checking at this mark. If needed, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until the brownie is set on the edges but slightly soft at the center.
04 - Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with whipped cream, ice cream, or berries.
