Cottage Cheese Garlic Naan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat recommended
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1/2 cup almond flour
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Finishing

08 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, for brushing
09 - Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and silky.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
04 - Stir the minced garlic into the dough until evenly distributed.
05 - Dust hands lightly with flour. Shape dough into golf ball-sized portions and gently flatten into ovals approximately 1/4 inch thick.
06 - Preheat a non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Brush the surface with a small amount of butter. Place naan in pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed.
07 - Brush warm naan with additional melted butter and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
