# Instructions:

02 - Line your baking sheet with parchment paper - this will keep the chips from sticking and help them crisp up nicely.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto your lined baking sheet, keeping them about an inch apart. Use the back of your spoon to gently flatten each one.
04 - Sprinkle that tasty everything bagel seasoning over each chip, then pop them in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until you see those edges getting golden and crispy.
