Cottage Cheese Bagel Bites (Print Version)

Tender bagel bites packed with cottage cheese and tasty toppings, baked or air fried for a warm, quick snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 3/4 cup almond flour or oat flour
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - Pinch of salt

→ Toppings

06 - Everything Bagel seasoning, as desired
07 - Sesame seeds, as desired
08 - Shredded cheese, as desired

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
03 - Scoop small portions of dough, roll each portion into a ball, and arrange evenly on the prepared tray. Sprinkle each with preferred toppings such as everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, or shredded cheese.
04 - Place tray in oven or basket in air fryer. Bake or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the bites are golden and set.
05 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - For a softer texture, use oat flour instead of almond flour. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
